Once we know what you're thinking, we’ll put together a quotation with a clear breakdown of everything, a no-surprises turnkey quote. We are always open for feedback and we’ll tweak things together until you’re 100% happy.
Need planning permission, structural engineering or building regs? Not a problem—we’ll take care of all of that so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork. We have an in-house Architectural designer that works in 3D so we can translate your project in a visually pleasing and understanding experience.
This is when transformation takes place. Our team gets stuck in, keeping things tidy and on schedule. We visit every site at least once a week and provide, biweekly updates directly to yourself, we are your first point of contact for any queries concerns and feedback.
When everything’s finished, we’ll walk you through it all, make sure you're happy, and amend any sagginess’s this is a crucial step in the hand over.
We begin with a professional consultation, at no charge to understand your vision, needs, and preferences. Whether you’re looking for an office, a creative studio, or simply want to work out at your home gym, or a guest space, we’ll guide you through the options and answer any questions.
Our team creates a custom design to fit your space and lifestyle. We’ll also provide a detailed 3D visual, with a transparent quote outlining all costs—no hidden fees.
Once you’ve approved the design and quote, we’ll schedule the next available start date for the build and send a deposit request.
Once the delivery schedule is confirmed in the agreement phase, we begin work on-site. Our team follows a clear, step-by-step process, starting with ground preparation and progressing through each stage of construction efficiently. We keep you informed along the way to ensure we’re always on the same page.
Upon completion, we carry out final checks and walk you through your new garden room. Built to last and designed for comfort.
